H.V. Scene and Beyond was established in July 2025 by Joey Diabolic in Washingtonville, NY. This magazine is a way for him to collaborate and network with fellow creatives and musicians met along the way of his 25+ years as a multimedia / multi-instrumental artist.

For the past two decades, Joey has been a graphic designer, printer for over a decade, associate for 2+ years at an newspaper organization with over a dozen independent newspaper brands as well as being part of Outsider Magazine since 2011 until eventually abandoning the brand in 2019 after being co-owner/co-publisher since 2017.
